🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are the delivery options available at Pookadai.com? A: We offer two main tiers: Local Same-Day Delivery for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Express Canada-wide/USA Shipping for customers outside the GTA.

Q: How does Local Same-Day Delivery work? A: We deliver 7 days a week across the GTA. For orders placed before 10:00 AM, we offer same-day delivery for a flat fee of $9.99. Your flowers will typically arrive between 4:30 PM and 10:30 PM.

Q: What if I miss the 10:00 AM cut-off or need urgent holiday delivery? A: If you need flowers urgently or have a special request for a public holiday, please call us immediately at 416-821-9494 (Option 4). We will do our absolute best to accommodate your schedule.

Q: What delivery options are available for customers outside the GTA? A: For customers across Canada and the USA, we offer Overnight or 1-Day Express Shipping to ensure your flowers remain fresh. Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your address and order weight.

💳 Cancellation & Refunds

Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? A: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Please note that a 5% restocking fee applies to all cancellations to cover processing costs.

Q: How do I cancel my order? A: To request a cancellation, please email our support team at online@pookadai.com or contact us through our website. Please include your Order Number for faster service.

Q: How long do refunds take? A: Once approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method. The refund will be the total order value minus the 5% restocking fee.

⚠️ Important Exceptions

Custom & Wedding Arrangements: Orders for custom-made designs, such as specific Jai Malas or Aandal Garlands, are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has commenced due to the perishable and bespoke nature of the work.

Damaged or Defective Items: Freshness is our priority. If your flowers arrive damaged, please notify us immediately (with a photo if possible) so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or credit.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
