Cancellation policy

At Pookadai, we offer convenient recurring purchase options (subscriptions) for our fresh floral strings and pooja essentials. By choosing a purchase option, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Management

You have full control over your recurring orders. Through your Pookadai Customer Account, you can:

  • Pause or Reschedule: Skip a week or pause your floral delivery if you are away.
  • Update Details: Change your delivery address or payment method at any time.

2. Cancellation Window

To ensure the freshness of our blooms, we begin sourcing and prepping your flowers 48 hours in advance.

  • Deadline: You must cancel or pause your next scheduled delivery at least 48 hours before the scheduled charge date.
  • Late Cancellations: Requests made within 48 hours of the delivery date cannot be canceled or refunded, as the flowers have already been secured and prepared for your specific order.

3. Automatic Charges

By signing up for a purchase option, you authorize Pookadai Florist Toronto to charge your selected payment method at the frequency and price displayed at the time of purchase. Charges will continue automatically until you cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us.

4. How to Cancel

  1. Self-Serve: Log in to your account at Pookadai.com and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions."
  2. Support: Email online@pookadai.com or call 416-821-9494 (Option 4). Please include "Subscription Cancellation" in the subject line.
