1. Local Same-Day Delivery (Greater Toronto Area)

We offer a reliable flat-rate delivery service across the GTA, 7 days a week.

  • Rate: $9.99 Flat-Rate.
  • Service Areas: Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, and Vaughan.
  • Daily Cut-off: Order by 10:00 AM for Same-Day Delivery.
  • Delivery Window: Most orders are delivered between 4:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
  • Weekend & Holiday Delivery: We are open and delivering every day. For urgent requests or deliveries on Public Holidays, please call 416-821-9494 (Option 4).

2. Canada-Wide & USA Shipping

For our customers outside of the GTA, we offer expedited shipping to ensure freshness.

  • Service: Express Overnight or 1-Day Shipping.
  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific address and order weight.
  • Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placement to ensure the flowers spend the least amount of time in transit.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your Tracking Link. You can monitor your delivery’s progress as it makes its way to your home or temple.

4. Handling & Freshness Guarantee

Because our products are highly perishable, we take extra precautions:

  • Climate Control: All flowers are kept in a temperature-controlled environment until the moment of dispatch.
  • Protective Packaging: We use specialized insulation and moisture-retention packaging for jasmine strings and delicate garlands.
  • Signature Policy: We recommend being home to receive your flowers. If no one is available, our drivers will leave the package in a shaded, safe spot; however, Pookadai is not responsible for wilting due to exposure to extreme weather once delivered.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and buzzer codes before finalizing your order.

  • Address Errors: If an incorrect address is provided, a re-delivery fee may apply.
