We usually buy from pookadai each year for Diwali but this time, we were disappointed - they charged us for the pink lotus but never sent it. We even wrote back to Pookadai but no response. Might reconsider buying if they still don’t respond.

What they sent was GREAT QUALITY as expected!

Quality of flowers

Jasmine flowers that I received last time was very good. Though it started to bloom it was fresh. All the other flowers like samanthi and erukkam poo were fresh. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Pookadai.
Just a suggestion - it will be helpful if the contact number of the courier person is shared with us atleast when they are nearing our location within an hour. It helps us to be available when they are at our location.
